How do I view Member-only ASSA content?

Once you’ve joined ASSA as an Affiliate or Corporate Member, you can log into your account by clicking the “Log In / Sign up” tab at the bottom of the screen.


How do I access my Account?

Once logged in, click on “Your Account”, and a window will open displaying your account details.

You can find “Your Account” within the Members menu; or, by clicking the “Your Account” tab at the bottom of the screen.

I’m an Affiliate Member, can I upgrade my membership to Corporate?

Yes. To upgrade please fill out the short application form under Corporate Memberships on the Join page.

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

Member Public Profiles


Where do I see my ASSA Member Profile?

Corporate and Affiliate Profiles are displayed separately, so be sure to check you are viewing the correct set of Profiles.

Corporate Profiles can be found here on our home page, and here within the member’s area.

Affiliate Profiles can be found within the Member’s Area here.

How do I update my ASSA Member Profile?

Click the ‘Edit’ button above the map, and follow the prompts. Your Profile is linked to your Membership login, so you must be logged in to edit your profile.

Why can’t I see my ASSA Member Profile?

Profiles take up to a day (though usually within a few hours) to display on our site once payment has been processed, so please ensure you’ve allowed enough time for us to create and publish your profile.
